Artist's Note:

 

The drawing depicts my younger self along with a tiger and a panda. My mother is Chinese, represented by China's national animal, the panda, and my father is Indian, shown as the tiger, India's national animal. I wanted to express my acceptance and love for both of my cultures, as they form the person I am today.
